TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions only apply to renting and reserving carp fishing spots with Carp-Camping.
The general terms and conditions of the campsite in question apply to the rental and reservation of camping sites.
Article 1: Reservations
We only take reservations from people aged 18 and over. You can only book through our websites, preferably using the booking form. If this does not work, you can contact us by mail or telephone.
We confirm the reservation by e-mail. Your reservation will not become final until we have received your payment. We ask you to check whether the e-mail with the payment confirmation is correct. If you have not yet received the payment confirmation after 14 days, please contact us.
We reserve the right to cancel the rental agreement in the event of proven incorrectness of the information provided, if the incorrect information has negative consequences for us.
Article 2: Payments
50% of the total amount is to be paid within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid 2 months before arrival. If the payment has not been made after 2 weeks, we reserve the right to rent out the fishing spot to someone else.
You can use account number NL86RABO0304490237 in the name of Carp-Camping for payment, please state the invoice number.
Your reservation is final after receipt of your payment.
Article 3: Included or not included
INCLUDED:
Use of camping facilities.
NOT INCLUDED:
Fishing license for the relevant river/ lake
Tourists tax and other taxes
Article 4: Arrival and departure times
On the day of arrival, you can use your fishing spot from 12:00 and you must leave the fishing spot (clean) before 12:00 on the day of departure.
Article 5: Deposit
At a some campsites, you will receive keys for a number of different purposes. The campsite will ask you for a deposit for those keys at your arrival.
This deposit will be returned in cash after turning in the keys.
A deposit of €100 applies for the rent of the boat with Electro-motor.
This deposit will be refunded to your account after we have verified that the boat is undamaged and complete.
Article 6: Liability
Both Carp-Camping and the campsites are in no way responsible or liable for loss, theft, damage or accidents.
Be careful! Keep your pets from eating bait and fishing hooks! Should this happen, the campsite or Carp-Camping can never be held liable.
Carp-Camping is not affiliated with an ANVR or SGR organisation
Article 7: Cancellation
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
Your will be fishing on public waters, meaning there is no caretaker present who keeps track of everything. Currents, extreme algae growth, boats or other circumstances can make fishing more difficult or even impossible. Carp-Camping or the campsite is in no way responsible for this. We will do everything we can to find another location for minimal extra costs. However, this is not a guarantee. If no other location can be found, you will have to stay at the booked fishing spot.
Article 8: Camping regulations
At the campsite you and your companions must comply with the rules of the campsite.
Article 9: Complaints
Carp-Camping and the campsite will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Despite these best efforts, you might still have a complaint. Please let us now, so we can try to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
Article 10: General conditions
We reserve the right to cancel trips organised by us without indicating the reason. In that case, you will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
All prices in our brochure and on our website are subject to modifications.
Obvious errors and mistakes do not bind us.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous publications.
